Submitting a form is an enquiry only. It does not reserve an artwork, create a sale, or guarantee availability.

Availability and pricing

Availability, price, edition details, taxes, delivery and collection are confirmed personally by Worxable Gallery. A work is not reserved until the gallery confirms this in writing.

Payment safety

The website does not collect payment or banking details. Payment instructions, if applicable, are sent separately from the gallery’s official email address. Always verify unexpected or changed banking instructions directly with the gallery before paying.

Delivery and collection

Packaging, insurance, shipping, customs and collection arrangements are agreed for each work. Risk and ownership terms will be stated in the final written agreement or invoice.

Copyright and reproduction

All artworks and reference photographs are original works by Vincent van Wyk and remain protected by copyright. Buying an original, signed print or item of merchandise does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, resale of reproductions, commercial use and any other unlicensed use are strictly prohibited. Any permitted use requires Vincent van Wyk’s prior written consent.

Prints and merchandise

Art prints are physical, signed, small-run editions. Edition size, paper, dimensions and availability are confirmed in writing before sale. The gallery does not sell downloadable files or digital copies.
